This is how I feel about JSP

Learning JSP(Java Server Page) without enough knowledge and background in Java is quite confusing but since I encountered it in our past semesters, it became easy for me to understand and learned how to work on JSP.

The best thing about JSP is that it have dynamic scripting capability that works double with HTML code, separating the Java and other codes from the actual design and display of the page. It was designed to help make the HTML more functional such as applying database codes to the script in order to access and store a data. It minimizes work or other effort for an interval of time.

We hate it when in the middle of a dramatic teleserye or the climax of an action series "Palos", or in the last 2 minutes of a basketball game and even in the best noontime show "Wowowee", we are being interrupted by tv commercials. Talk about killing the momentum.

But, this unique commercial will change the way you perceive about these “fillers.” This is the kind of ad that you like to watch over and over again.The latest commercial of Coke here in the philippines with a very nice soundtrack entitled "ang sarap dito" by project 1 -- all star member band.

The Coke tv commercial has a very fantastical story . It’s about an angel who came down to earth to taste the mortals’ drink, which is Coke. After drinking the Coke, the angel transformed into a girl then she met a demon who did the same.

A remarkable and imaginative ad. Compared to other ads, it's different!!

Angel asks: "Are you from here?"

Demon replies: "I am now."

Don't buy prescription drugs online

Buying prescription drugs online can save you time and sometimes even money — but you must be extra careful. Safeguard your health and finances. Some online pharmacies ship expired drugs or those that haven't been stored properly. The medications could be contaminated or contain improper dosage. Don't succumb to false claims. Some sites advertise "miracle cures" or those that use impressive terminology to promote their medications but the true purpose of that is to disguise a lack of good science in their products. Don't dare buy it!

"What if you a universal remote that controlled your universe?"

I walked into the movie theater expecting to see Adam Sandler make a hilarious image just like his other movies. However, when I came out, I was touched and impressed. There was a scene in this movie I did not see coming, and it took me completely off guard. "Click" proved to be a powerful, emotional, and humorous piece of work. There was a certain philosophical message in this movie, in which I think, we all take for granted.

Click tells the story of a workaholic architect (Adam Sandler) who is faced with a dilemma: go on a vacation with his wife (Kate Beckinsale) and kids or work overtime to land a high-profile design job. Saving him from making this choice is an eccentric Bed, Bath & Beyond product developer (Christopher Walken), who gives him a universal remote that allows him to rewind, fast-forward, slow down and pause his own life. But before he knows it, the remote is programming him, rather than the other way around. And try as he might, a panicked Michael can't stop the device from deciding which events of his life he'll experience and which ones he'll miss. Only then does he begin to truly appreciate and embrace his life — the good, the bad and the ugly.

I must admit, even if this universal remote thing is far from happening in real life, I can say that this movie makes so much sense, and that there is a very valuable lesson towards the end. You will realize what really matters most in life.

As we progress into the future e-commerce is becoming an important part of all businesses as they try to capture and enter new markets all over the world. However, there is a reluctance by many to embrace this technology simply because of the unknown and the main issue of security when trading over the informations. E-commerce systems are based upon Internet use but it lacks regulation, because of that, it poses risks and threats to the systems operating on it. Some of the threats that hackers pose to e-commerce systems includes altering your website, thereby damaging your image or directing your customers to another site and using viruses to corrupt your business data.

For students like us, it's not really a big issue because we are not that much affected but for those companies, they must not rely that much in the internet because it lacks maintenance and regulation.

Animator

An animator is an artist who creates multiple images called frames that form an illusion of movement called animation when rapidly displayed. Animators can work in a variety of fields including film, television, video games, and the internet. Usually, an animation piece requires the collaboration of several animators. The methods of creating the images or frames for an animation piece depends on the animators' artistic styles and their field.
Other artists who contribute to animated cartoons, but who are not animators, include layout artists (who design the backgrounds, lighting, and camera angles), storyboard artists (who draw panels of the action from the script), and background artists (who paint the "scenery"). Moreover, voice actors, musicians and other talent may be added as necessary to give the animation additional depth.

Specialized fields
Among the specialized categorizations of animators are character animators (artists who specialize in character movement, dialogue, acting, etc.) and special effects animators (who animate anything that is not a character; most commonly vehicles, machinery, and natural phenomena such as rain, snow, and water).

Inbetweener and Cleanup artists
In large-scale productions by major studios, each animator usually has one or more assistants, "inbetweeners" and "cleanup artists", who make drawings between the "key poses" drawn by the animator, and also re-draw any sketches that are too roughly made to be used as such. Usually, an artist is hired for the first time in one of these categories, and can later advance to full animator status.

Methods
In the past, animating was a long and arduous process; each frame of a given scene was hand-drawn, then transposed onto sheets of celluloid, where they would be traced and painted. These finished "cels" were then placed together and filmed, one frame at a time.Animation methods have become far more varied in recent years - today's cartoons could be created using any number of interesting methods, mostly using computers to make the animation process cheaper and faster. These more efficient animation procedures have made the animator's job less tedious and more creative.

Multimedia Programmer

A multimedia programmer gives a multimedia product its functionality by writing computer programs that draw together multimedia features, such as text, sound, graphics, digital/analogue photographs, 2D/3D modeling, animation, video, information and virtual reality, according to a designer's specification. Multimedia products work on particular 'platforms', such as the internet, interactive television, CD-roms, information kiosks, DVDs, computer games consoles and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) mobile phones.

Programmers may come from a design or computing background, but the role demands a combination of both creative and technical skills.

The term multimedia is used interchangeably with other terms such as interactive media, digital media, new media, and online/internet services.

Typical Work Activities

Programmers are involved at different stages of the system life cycle: initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging and support.

A programmer's role includes the following:

working with the designer and other creative specialists to understand the design concept and advising on how it can be implemented technically within constraints;

sorting out operational logic and business rules that are necessary for the feature to be reproduced correctly according to the designer's specification;

writing efficient computer code or script to make the various features work, ensuring that sound, graphics, animations and timings work as intended and make good use of processing and data storage capacity;

creating and linking databases to the user interface so that information can be retrieved, stored and processed interactively via the application;

writing HTML or similar input and using authoring packages where appropriate to create content and effects;

running tests of the application to identify bugs which need to be rectified;

solving the problems by re-writing the code or adding new code which works around the problem;

providing technical support to an application once it is running and making further adaptations or patches to the code, or creating new versions;

researching and keeping abreast of emerging technologies in order to be able to deliver the most up-to-date solutions. This may mean learning new programming languages or technologies.

The programmer works in a team with the designer and other specialists, such as animators, video producers and 3D modellers, who create the multimedia features. Because of the size and complexity of some applications, there may be several programmers working on one or more aspects of the application. In smaller projects, the programmer may take on other roles, such as design and animation, depending on his or her expertise.

Programmers may become specialised in particular output formats, such as interactive television, web applications or mobile technologies, depending on their range of expertise.
